EDC 2008 Annual Meeting

After a welcome and information from Red Cross' CEO, Jan McDaniel, EDC Vice President, Jim Norkosky, presided over this year's annual meeting. Click here to view meeting minutes. Then EDC members and guests settled in for an excellent presentation by Jon Chiglo, MN/DOT Project Manager of the St. Anthony Falls (I35W) Bridge Construction. Jon used both photographs and diagrams to explain the scope and progress of this massive construction project. To fast-track the project's completion time many processes are being done simultaniously. All indications are that Flatiron will be completed on or before the target date of Decemer 24, 2008.
